BREAKING: Sept. 3, 2016: Utrecht, the Netherlands- UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid of Jordan, reaffirms his "disappointment" because of Mexican government's persistent failure to fully implement the recommendations of the OAS independent experts' group (GIEI). He also reiterated his conviction that the case of the 43 is illustrative of Mexico's generalized human rights crisis.
