- Chicano Park Day Celebrations: The 54th Annual Chicano Park Day will be held on April 19, 2025, in San Diego’s Barrio Logan. This free, family-friendly event celebrates the park’s rich history and cultural significance with traditional music, dance performances, a lowrider car show, vendor booths, and children’s arts workshops. - Chicano Heritage Festival in Santa Ana: Scheduled for April 2025, the fourth annual Chicano Heritage Festival in Santa Ana will feature a car cruise, live performances, food vendors, community art, and more. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for a full day of festivities. The bulletin can be found on the official website of the primarily Mexican city in the heart of Orange County, California.
Minneapolis was mentioned on the headline for the simple reason that a massive presence of protestors and community members was observed in the cold snowy city. Despite the cold, many held events in memory of Cesar Chavez’ birthday this March 31st.
Around that same time, students also protested deportations at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

- ‘Rasquachismo: 35 Years of a Chicano Sensibility’ Exhibition: The McNay Art Museum in San Antonio is showcasing this exhibition until March 30, 2025.
