The announcement of Mexican singer Christian Nodal’s Pa’l Cora tour in Argentina has generated controversy and rejection in social networks. The 25-year-old singer, known for his romantic ballads, is scheduled to perform at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires on August 14. However, his Argentine audience has expressed their displeasure through social networks.
The controversy arises from Nodal’s recent confirmation of his new relationship with Ángela Aguilar. The singer shared a video on his social networks explaining that this link is not new, but the continuation of a story that life had temporarily paused. This revelation has generated outrage among his followers, since it occurred shortly after announcing his separation from Cazzu, his ex-partner and mother of his daughter.
Cazzu, a renowned Argentine singer and songwriter, chose to keep a low profile in the situation. Through her social networks, she expressed her decision to take responsibility for her actions and focus on her daughter and her musical career, temporarily distancing herself from the public eye.
In the midst of this controversy, Nodal announced his upcoming visit to Argentina as part of his “Pa’l Cora” tour, precisely in Cazzu’s native country and Argentine fans do not seem to be happy with the upcoming arrival of the “Adiós Amor” singer to their country.
The reaction of Cazzu’s fans has been felt on social networks, where many people have expressed their rejection of the Mexican singer, accusing him of lack of shame and asking him to cancel the show. These were some of the comments following the news: “Team Cazzu, they won’t even let him set foot in the airport”, “Let’s all set fire to the Movistar”, “Let’s wait for him with Cazzu posters?”, “Anyone who dares to buy a ticket will be accused of treason”.
Despite the comments and the rejection of the Argentinean public, Nodal has not commented on the matter. Will he end up canceling his concert in Argentina or will he risk being booed when he arrives in the country?
