In a full frontal assault against constitutional liberties, the following map is an imperfect, but mostly accurate, display of all the US law enforcement agencies that have been deputized to collaborate with ICE as agents of ICE.
Effectively, this collaboration means that they can pull an individual in the United States over and lead to their deportation, no questions asked thanks to an inept and enabling congress and destitute political culture from some Americans.
Forms of Collaboration: The two main types of 287(g) agreements between ICE and local law enforcement agencies are the Jail Enforcement Model (JEM) and the Warrant Service Officer (WSO) Model. Additionally, there’s a third model, the Task Force Model (TFM), which is less common, but very extensive and could devastate communities as these are inherently forms of racial profiling.
Task Force Model (TFM):The Task Force Model grants local officers the most extensive immigration enforcement powers, essentially acting as immigration agents within their jurisdiction. This is the case in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, whose die hard Republicans seek to suffocate political opposition and cultural diversity while seemingly lauding one set of laws and ignoring the constitution conveniently.
Jail Enforcement Model (JEM):Under this model, deputized local law enforcement officers can interrogate individuals in jail about their immigration status and place immigration detainers on those who appear to be removable.
Warrant Service Officer (WSO) Model:In this model, ICE trains and authorizes local officers to execute ICE administrative warrants within their jail or correctional facilities. However, they are not authorized to question individuals about their immigration status.
Many ICE partner are in counties with low growth and aggressive enforcement to fill both local jails and federally sponsored corporate jails from the GEO Group, and other private prison businesses.
Context For US Anti-White Immigration Enforcement
As is well known, the architect for the Nazi policy to erase non-white people once more from the United States is Stephen Miller. Miller was most recently noted in the news due to a rumored spat with Elon Musk over his wife, Katie Miller. The individual has screeched at ICE officers to destroy more and more families across the United States in order to meet a quota of 3000 daily arrests. This also leads to a sort of haplessness in other more important matters, like sex trafficking and terrorism.
