Recently, Sugar Bear AI, noted that the Tulare County official statistics per California’s Covid-19 public dashboard were held at 0, but suddenly increased to 28 yesterday and today are at 34. This suggests some counties are simply under-reporting or just getting their risk assesments online to local residents. Testing, even in vigilant California, appears slow as well.

Apparently, the Tulare county folks are just now ramping up their own dashboards which contain significantly more data than other public reports, but were not online or entirely reporting at the time of the Fresno Bee publication shown here.
