At CSU Fresno, students organized events over the weekend to discuss priorities within the Chicano/Mexican and broader community. In California, more than half of the populaiton is of Mexican descent with a distinct and significant portion also connected to Latin American regions. Per attendees, the empowering Chicano Latino Youth Leadership seminar held at Fresno State University left attendees energized.
