Trump Endorses Owner of Zorro Ranch For Political Office Amidst Investigation

President Donald Trump has publicly endorsed Don Huffines, the new owner of Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, even as multiple investigations into the property are being revived. This has sparked outrage Epstein’s past activities at that ranch since Huffines appears engaged in a quid-pro-quid. The cartoonish nature of how ghoul like these activities are almost overshadows their depraved corruption

Raul Torrez, New Mexico’s Attorney General, alongside the Epstein Truth Commission, has launched two separate investigations into Zorro Ranch, aiming to uncover the details surrounding Epstein’s alleged criminal operations there. Other New Mexico officials, such as Andrea Romero, a Santa Fe based New Mexico state representative. In fact, Romero established the Epstein truth commission based on the huge number of testimonies documented since prior to 2019.

Reports indicate that a prior investigation led by the state was halted in 2019 after the U.S. Department of Justice intervened, pushing New Mexico to cease its probe and hand over findings. Former Attorney General Hector Balderas has criticized this federal takeover, stating it effectively sabotaged meaningful inquiry into the sex trafficking allegations associated with the ranch.

Additionally, documents recently unsealed have shown that the federal government sought to streamline control over the investigation, dampening local efforts to pursue criminal charges. Observers view Trump’s endorsement of Huffines, who is reportedly restructuring the property into a Christian retreat, with skepticism, suggesting it may shield the new owner from scrutiny regarding the ranch’s dark legacy.

Community responses have included rallies at Zorro Ranch, where participants erected a memorial for Epstein’s victims, emphasizing the need for accountability and remembrance. The renewed attention is part of a broader movement to shed light on Epstein’s extensive web of allegations and the implications for those still connected to his legacy.
