By Ricardo Lezama Local sources say Riverside authorities have destroyed a large amount of allegedly illegal pot grown near the county seat of Riverside, CA.
Unfortunately, Riverside County still has a large, malinformed group scared of marijuana, with many preferring to take the city and county to a moment in the past where Marijuana and Aggravated Assault carried similar terms.
Despite mass legalisation, strict controls on how much Marijuana can be grown, mean that lengthy jail sentences for Marijuana possession can still occur.
The raid took place in unincorporated Aguanga and was conducted by the Riverside Sheriffs Department.
