Venezuelan national Estefania Primera, also known as “La Barbie,” has reportedly been captured in Texas. Known to be a high-ranking member of the infamous Tren de Aragua, a criminal organization in Venezuela, Primera has allegedly been running a formidable sex trafficking network in the United States.
Primera was captured while in the company of her children, all of whom were minors. She allegedly used her own children to traffic drugs. Texas Governor Greg Abbot, just a few weeks ago, offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the capture of any member of the “terrorist organization” Tren de Aragua.
The testimony of one of the victims who decided to go to the authorities to tell her story, pointed to “La Barbie” as the leader of a group of prostituted women and victims of human trafficking in the United States. She also revealed that this woman drugged her with fentanyl, leaving her unconscious, so that the members of this criminal organization could abuse her without any impediment.
According to DEA information, this gang has prostitution networks in different states: Texas, Nevada, Illinois, California, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and New York.
The growing presence of the Tren de Argua in the United States is generating chaos and panic among the population, which feels increasingly unsafe. The situation has become untenable and the community is increasingly concerned about the rise in criminal activity by Venezuelan immigrants in the country.
