Lifetouch Under Fire Amid Epstein Association Claims

The company Lifetouch, a predominant player in the school photography industry, finds itself in a maelstrom of controversy as online chatter links it to Jeffrey Epstein, the late convicted sex trafficker and reputed intelligence asset for the Israeli Mossad.

Allegations have surfaced that Lifetouch’s connection to Epstein isn’t merely a coincidence. One user pointed out, “finding out that top execs from both LifeTouch and Chuck E. Cheese are in the Epstein files has pissed me off in a way that I didn’t think was still possible” (@clarkishakent.blacksky.app). Others have expressed concern over the implications of Lifetouch’s near-monopoly on school photography across rural America, questioning the intent of its services. A user remarked, “I can’t help but consider the possibility that yearbooks may primarily serve as a shopping catalog for pedophiles” (@blueheartala.bsky.social).

The home office of Lifetouch, owned by Shutterfly, which in turn is owned by Apollo Global Management, has faced scrutiny. The latter was previously helmed by Leon Black, associated with Epstein, further raising eyebrows. A user pointed out that “Lifetouch is owned by Shutterfly, which is owned by Apollo Global Management, which until 2021 was headed by Epstein associate and credibly alleged pedophile Leon Black” (@eigenvectrix.myatproto.social).

In light of this controversy, parents and school districts are reportedly investigating Lifetouch over what many describe as “unsubstantiated rumors” connected to Epstein. Parent groups are questioning the implications of using a company entwined with such a notorious figure, leading to rising concerns about student safety and privacy.
