At just 21 years old, Colombian actress Sara Pinzón a rising star whose talent and passion for acting are taking her to new heights, made history at this year’s India Catalina Awards by winning not one, but two for her role in the Netflix series “La Primera Vez.” And now, with the release of its long-awaited second season, this Colombian production has skyrocketed to the top of the streaming giant’s ranking.
Created by Dago García, “La Primera Vez” is a romantic drama that follows the story of some young students of a male college in 1976 Bogotá where one of them falls in love with the only woman who has entered to study there and begins to feel for the first time what love is. This production deals with deep themes such as love, family, friendship and the challenges they lived in Colombia in the 70s. With 23 episodes and two seasons, the series has captivated both local and international audiences.
Thanks to its thrilling plot and impressive cast, “The First Time” has become one of Netflix’s most popular productions. And with the release of its second season, the series has reached even higher levels by trending on the streaming platform. Even before its premiere, fans were enthusiastic and excited to see how the story of these young people would unfold.
