The world of beauty and fashion is in mourning following the tragic death of 26-year-old Venezuelan model Ariana Viera. Viera was set to represent her country in the Miss World international beauty pageant when she was killed in a traffic accident in Lake Nona, Orlando, United States.
Viera’s mother, Vivian Ochoa, spoke to Telemundo about her daughter’s life and how she was a pillar of support for her family and friends. Ochoa also revealed that the family had tried to obtain a humanitarian visa for Viera’s father, who lives in Peru, so that he could travel and say goodbye to his daughter. Unfortunately, the visa was granted one day after the funeral, preventing him from saying his last goodbye.
The news of Viera’s death has caused an outpouring of grief on social media, with her official Instagram account, which has nearly 15 thousand followers, being filled with messages of love and remembrance. Friends, relatives, and followers of Viera have expressed their sadness for her passing, with many noting that she was a light of joy and love on earth.
