First off, he’s a fairly prominent lawyer and partner for the law firm Morgan and Morgan.
Publicly, he has evolved from environmental lawyer and politician to one of the most prominent anti-vaccine voices in America. He is essentially the originator of the ‘mercury in vaccines’ theme that was so prominent prior to Covid amongst anti-vaccine advocates.
After graduating from Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law, Kennedy became an assistant district attorney in New York City, going on to join Riverkeeper and the Natural Resources Defense Council. He founded the Pace Law School’s Environmental Litigation Clinic in 1987 and he founded Waterkeeper Alliance in 1999.
