Last weekend, the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid witnessed an unparalleled show starring the talented Colombian singer Karol G. The artist is closing with a flourish her successful “Mañana Será Bonito” tour, which has conquered thousands of fans since August 2023.
With an imposing stage and an overwhelming energy, Karol G got the audience to vibrate from the very first moment. But the most exciting moment of Sunday night came when the singer introduced her special guest, Spain’s Amaia Montero. “Today I have a little person here who hasn’t been on stage for two years… and she’s nervous, but you are going to give her one of the best nights of her life,” Karol G told the crowd.
Surprise and excitement took over the audience when Amaia Montero took the stage and joined Karol G to perform her hit “Rosas”. For many in the audience, it was a nostalgic and emotional moment to hear the song that marked an era during Montero’s years as lead singer of the band La Oreja de Van Gogh.
The success of the Madrid concerts, with four sold-out dates (July 20, 21, 22 and 23), further consolidates Karol G’s position as one of the leading artists in Latin music.
