Ryan Garcia has recently been at the center of a lot of controversy over the lack of consistency in his fight schedule. In an era of boxers not making fights, though, Garcia deserves some credit for having sacrificed so many competitive advantages to Gervonta “Tank” Davis in order to have the fight made.
Ryan Garcia alleged that someone within his own camp alerted Tank Davis about Ryan’s rib issue. The implication being that a fully healthy Ryan Garcia would’ve competed much better against Tank Davis.
Additionally, in the show, Garcia alleges his relationship with Oscar De La Hoya is restored, but that he may or may not stay with Golden Boy promotions.
