A man recording from a relatively close vantage point documented the arrest and execution of an individual in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As more than 8 federal agents surrounded an already restrained individual, two of them appeared to shoot the person more than 5 times each despite already having restrained him.
Social media accounts claim the victim was an observer documenting ICE throughout their many unconstitutional transgressions in the city. Independent reports have differed from more conservative outlets, such as Bloomberg, in attesting that the shooting incident was against a non-violent observer.
Restrained Individual On The Ground Before Being Shot
The individual appeared to be tackled to the ground according to social media video footage of the incident. First one shot rang, but seconds later multiple federal agents appeared to empty their clips on the wounded person. After unloading their weapons, the agents then began to leave as if they were aware had committed a crime collectively and wanted to muddy the evidence around the incident.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is confronting escalating criticism from residents, community leaders, activists, and political observers after a series of fatal and non-fatal shootings involving federal immigration law enforcement agents in Minneapolis and throughout the state. The incidents have intensified long-standing concerns about federal immigration enforcement under the Trump administration and its real-world consequences for immigrant and non-white communities.
This latest incident is just weeks after ICE officer Jonathan Ross fatally shot 37-year-old Renee Good on January 7, an event that has sparked widespread protest and outrage. Good’s death has since been officially ruled a homicide by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, drawing attention to federal use of lethal force during immigration operations. The state has been unsuccessful in retrieving an investigative file about the investigation. The FBI agent overseeing the murder investigation has also quit as a result of political intervention.
