Yarishna Ayala, better known as Karol G’s physical trainer, is quite the performer herself as she has participated in major physical fitness competitions. Sculpting one’s body to maximum performance is no easy task. Ayala is an accomplished physical trainer but is also able to rely on her colleagues for help and to expand her upper bounds.
Recently, Ayala was seen hosting the NPC European event in Spain this September.
Ayala comments that her favorite glute workout is the hip thrust. In her youtbe channel, she comments how this is done methodically and she holds the bar in a resting position for three seconds before the thrust movement.
Yarishna has her own Youtube channel where she talks about fitness and other aspects of her incredible physique. She’s had quite the number of incredible challenges where she focuses on her legs, her glutes and overall musculature in her lower body. This could be quite useful for boxers hoping to obtain additional explosiveness in power shots.
In her videos, one can observe the extreme amount of weight Yarishna is able to squat. Quite incredible!
