After an attack on an Iranian embassy in Damascus, Syria, an international no-go action from Israel, the Iranian government has responded by sending over 40 of the above drones.
They are currently flying to Israel in a TBD trayectory.
The nature of the action is unprecedented since many times over, Iran has fired at Israel, but from areas outside of its territory. However, in this ongoing war, Iran has responded and launched their attack directly from its territory, so the response and motive are incontrovertible.
