The music world had an impressive representation at this year’s Oscar Awards. Becky G made her appearance on stage to perform “The Fire Inside”, a song from the movie “Flamin’ Hot”. The 27-year-old Californian singer with Mexican roots proved, once again, her versatility and talent by singing this Diane Warren song.
The movie “Flamin’ Hot”, directed by the talented Eva Longoria, an actress and director who has become an important figure for the Hispanic community in the film and television industry, tells the exciting story of a Mexican-American man who played a key role in the creation of the iconic and spicy snack “Flamin’ Hot Cheetos”. Through this film, Longoria shows us that with determination and hard work, we all have the potential to achieve great things and leave a mark on the world.
Becky G’s presence on stage along with other Latino artists such as Bad Bunny demonstrates the importance that the Latino community has gained in the U.S. entertainment industry. These artists are breaking barriers and proving that there are no limits for Latino talent.
