By Natalia Rueda Disney’s latest animated feature, “Wish: The Power of Wishes,” is poised to be a game-changer for the studio as it celebrates its 100th anniversary. Directed by Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn, the film follows the adventurous and imaginative Asha on a journey through the enchanting kingdom of Roses as she learns the power of her wishes.
The movie has quite a few nods to the legacy of Walt Disney, some will be hidden, others will be more obvious. Filmmakers also pay tribute to Disney’s legacy in terms of visual innovation.
