On the weekend of April 6, the two minors of 12 and 13 years old, residents of the city of Medellin, who were found with the American, Timothy Alan Livingston, in the Gotham hotel, escaped from the Family Welfare Protection Center (ICBF).
It is known that last March 29th, the minors were found in one of the rooms of the Gotham hotel in the company of Livingston, 36 years old. Since then, the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare took the victims into their care to protect them from this outrageous event.
However, the ICBF reported that one of the minors, aged 12, had been found and taken back to the protection center, but the other, aged 13, is still missing. Her whereabouts are still unknown and the search continues.
In response to this outrageous case, Interpol issued a blue notice against Livingston to gather more information to help apprehend the perpetrator. It is hoped that this measure will help expedite the process and that Livingston can be captured as soon as possible to face justice for his actions.
