Sabrina Cervantes maintains lead in latest Riverside County district update. The tally of votes is down to the last 149,000 votes, which consist of provisional and mail-in ballots. All will be counted before a winner is declared later this week.

Chicana Woman, Riverside Area Democrat, Sabrina Cervantes, Poised To Win 60th State Assembly Seat (11/9/2018)
As of 4pm November 9, Sabrina Cervantes is still poised to retain her state assembly seat for the 60th California State Assembly district. In a tightly contested race, Cervantes has the lead now, but the task has been difficult. Cervantes' seat is highly coveted for the Republican party. The Riverside County area has gradually gone 'purple', and fielding Bill Easily was a way to resassert ultra 'conversative' politics somewhere in California
